Method of preparation: Pour 200 ml of boiling water over the contents of the model, mix and leave for 5 minutes under the lid. Drain off excess liquid after 5 minutes. Cool down. Add vegetable oil to taste. The salad is ready to eat. If desired, you can add any vegetables to the salad or use it as an independent dish.
Kelp contains vitamins, macro- and microelements, including organic iodine, as well as alginates, fucoidan, laminarin, mannitol, glycine and the whole complex of essential amino acids, Omega-3, Omega-6, sterols, fiber and antioxidants.
Ingredients: natural dried seaweed (Japanese kelp), dried (carrots, green onions, onions), sesame seeds, spices (salt).
