Method of preparation: pour a portion of dried seaweed with water (boiling water) in a ratio of 1:15 until the strips are fully restored (30-60 minutes). If necessary, cook to the desired consistency (5-10 minutes). Recommended for use in salads, side dishes, minced meat, baked goods (pre-chopped) and first courses along with traditional vegetables.

Note: with these cooking methods, dried seaweed increases its weight by 7-8 times.

Contraindications: not recommended for persons with hypersensitivity to iodine and hyperthyroidism.
